Jake Lewendal has lived in Bozeman, Montana for 19 years. Along with working in construction for 6 years, Jake is also about to acquire a degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University. Because of this background, Jake is well equipped to offer fantastic organization, expert customer service, and great knowledge of finances and budgets. This means that projects will be completed on time and within budget parameters.
Jake’s father, Anders Lewendal, is known for his top quality craftsmanship in every home and this has rubbed off on Jake. He prides himself on providing the highest quality construction no matter the price of the home. He has recently become a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Council. This education helps Jake provide a home that is not only top quality and long-lasting, but economical and environmentally sustainable. Careful attention is used at every step in the home building process to ensure quality and sustainability in these homes. These attributes allow the home to last a lifetime and provide you with lasting beauty and longevity while saving you money in the long run.
Jake has developed a keen interest in energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable building practices during his studies at Montana State University and would like to see Bozeman become a leader in energy efficient home building through the use of recycled building materials and utilizing renewable resources like solar energy.
Nearly 20% of energy pumped into the average American home is wasted, usually due to inefficiencies in the construction of the home, especially windows, doors, and insulation. Jake has made it his prerogative to build homes that utilize this wasted energy and save homeowners money on heating and electricity bills over the lifetime of their home.
