Jake Lewendal grew up in Bozeman, Montana. Along with working in construction since he was 15, Jake also has a degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University. Because of this background, Jake is well equipped to offer organization expert customer service
Jake’s father, Anders Lewendal, is known for his top quality craftsmanship in every home and this has rubbed off on Jake. He prides himself on providing the highest quality construction no matter the price of the home. He is a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders’ Green Council. This education helps Jake provide a home that is not only high quality and long-lasting, but economical and environmentally sustainable. Jake has developed a keen interest in energy efficiency and environmentally sustainable building practices during his studies at Montana State University. He would like to see Bozeman become a leader in energy efficient home building through the use of recycled building materials and utilizing renewable resources in a fiscally sustainable manner.
A degree in Marketing from Montana State University has not only helped Jake become proficient in scheduling and budgeting but has made him a successful sales man. This is apparent in ALC’s track record for building and selling homes, even during economic down turns. Using many different tactics, Jake helps ALC move product quickly and efficiently.
