Anders Lewendal and Marilyn de Kleer are a husband and wife team who specialize in custom homebuilding and real estate in and around Bozeman, Montana. Anders and Marilyn moved to Montana in 1991 with their children, Jake and Brecken. The decision followed years of family camping trips around the western US, where they sought what many of their clients seek: a safe, healthy environment to raise their children, clean air and water, stunning landscapes, wild country, and ample recreational opportunities. Bozeman, Montana provided exactly what they were looking for. The move coincided with Anders’ first custom home job and since then Anders has built over 130 homes in the Bozeman area. Anders son Jake has joined the ranks to help continue the family legacy.
For over 20 years, Anders Lewendal Construction has built high-quality custom homes and has become a leader and innovator in building environmentally sustainable homes due to efficient design, the use of recycled building materials, and using renewable energy sources like solar panels. These environmentally sustainable homes have value that continues to pay off over the life of the home. They save energy by using renewable energy sources and through proper insulation, which keeps heat from escaping the home and keeps money from escaping homeowners’ pockets on monthly heating and energy bills.
